Ordering Goods

To place your order we suggest printing the On line order form, then as you browse our Galleries, you may fill in product codes and prices of Art Works you wish to purchase.

Goods may be ordered from our Galleries in four ways.

Online:
To order online, complete our On line order form, ensure you include the catalogue number, name of product, and quantity, and method of payment. You will be contacted with confirmation of receipt and total within 48 hours.

Payment

We accept payment by Cheque, Money order, Bank transfer, or PayPal, (Credit card payments can be made through PayPal) Please indicate your method of payment when completing the order form .

Delivery Of Goods

Orders will whenever possible be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of your order and completion of payment.
Confirmation of receipt of goods by signature of the customer placing the order (or their agent) is required.

Shipping Charges

The price of all Art Works ordered with an invoice cost of over $200.00 includes Shipping and Insurance charges by surface mail within Australia. An express service is available for an additional charge. Shipping and Insurance overseas will be at cost.

Money Back Warranty

All Artwork purchased from Art Australia Galleries carries a seven-day money back warranty that items purchased will be of merchantable quality and fit the description on our onsite Galleries.
Please contact our customer service representative within seven days of receipt of the order.

Return of Goods

We will refund the purchase price of artworks provided you first contact us within seven days of receipt of the order giving the reason for your return, and the artwork is in its original condition when returned.
Returns should be wrapped in their original packing.
As the artwork will be at your risk until it is received it is recommended that you insure the return.
The cost of returning an unwanted item to Art Australia Galleries shall be at the purchasers expense unless the return is a result of our error.

Refunds

Once the item is received by Art Australia Galleries in original condition we will contact you to advise of your refund.

Currency

All prices shown in the online Galleries are in Australian Dollars.
Payment must also be made in Australian Dollars.

Custom & Tax Charges

Payment of local taxes and duties outside of Australia is the responsibility of the customer.
Australian customers will be charged GST on all purchasers.
